Scope:
The project involved the formation of a new back of house store room, new flooring finishes, new ceiling grid above the bar area, M+E installations, new seating areas, new panelling to columns and walls and decorations throughout. A fantastic project that has really given the space a fresh new look!

Scope:
The project involved the full strip out of the previous restaurant and the full fit out of the new diner inclusive of new bar area, new seating areas, new M+E, new kitchens and cold stores, new lighting, new flooring finishes, new signage and decorations throughout.

SSP Group - Sable and Co Bar and Kitchen, Liverpool John Lennon Airport
Scope:
The project involved the strip out of a former Burger King restaurant and the fit out of a new Sable and Co Bar and Kitchen. The works involved the stripping out of the former Burger King, new M+E installations, structural alterations to the existing mezzanine flooring, formation of back of house kitchen and store areas, formation of new bar area, formation of new seating areas, new flooring and signage throughout.

Tim Hortons Drive Thru Restaurant, White Lion Retail Park, Dunstable
Scope of works:
The project involved the fit out of an empty shell unit (formerly a Pizza Hut) transforming it into a new Tim Hortons Drive Thru restaurant. The project involved the part demolition of existing building to allow for the new drive thru lane to be formed, structural alterations and openings, new roofing/top hat structure to give the building a sharp new look, M+E installations, formation of all new internal walls including kitchens, toilets and back of house areas, new flooring and new signage throughout.

Tim Hortons Drive-Thru Restaurant, Burton Upon Trent
Scope:
The project involved the transformation of a derelict former Frankie and Bennies into a new Tim Hortons Drive Thru restaurant. The works briefly involved the formation of new drive thru vehicle lane, structural modifications to the building to allow for new windows and openings, the formation of all rooms including kitchen, customer toilets and staff areas, install of new ceilings, lighting, M+E, flooring, decorations both internally and externally, new signage and external landscaping.

Tim Hortons Drive Thru Restaurant, Stockwell Gate, Mansfield
Scope of Works:
The project involved the transformation of an empty shell unit into a new Tim Hortons Drive Thru restaurant. The works involved the installation of all new internal walls to form the new back of house/kitchen/toilets areas. New external coldrooms were formed including new ceramic and vinyl flooring, installation of all drive thru and IT services, full M,E&R installations, installation of all display counters, kitchen equipment and restaurant seating equipment, along with all internal and external signage.

Tim Hortons Drive Thru Restaurant, Penrith
Scope of works:
The project involved a full reconfiguration of an ex KFC site into a new Tim Hortons fast food restaurant and drive thru.
Works consisted of full external spraying of the building, masonry and windows to new Tim Hortons specification, new entrance door and pay window, new external seating areas, drive thru alterations, new internal & external signage, reconfiguration of new back of house, kitchen, welfare areas and customer seating area, with new refrigeration, A/C, M&E & alarm installations.
