Scope of Works:
The project involved the new build construction of a 16,250 sqft industrial unit for end user Travis Perkins. The project briefly involved the construction of a steel framed building inclusive of new foundations, new services installations, steel frame work, new roof and wall cladding, the formation of new concrete storage areas externally and associated landscaping. Before we could commence work on the building’s superstructure substantial ground stabilisation works were undertaken involving the installation of multiple vertical stone columns beneath the building’s foundations to stabilise/compact the ground.
