Scope of Works:
The project briefly involved the demolition of the existing glazed entrance area, new entrance extension, over cladding of the existing roof including enlarging and replacement of roof lights, new roller shutters, refreshed external cladding and landscaping works including new paving. The remodel gives the building a fantastic fresh new look.

Scope of Works:
Works involved the strip out of the existing unit back to shell and the fit out of the new gym to the client's specifications inclusive of new plant equipment, M+E, the formation of new rooms, new lighting, floorings, signage and decorations throughout.

Scope of Works:
The project involved the reconfiguration and installation of new building frontage and entrance area to provide a totally new look. Decorations and roof cleaning were also undertaken during the project.
