Pendragon PLC: Car Store Aftercare Service Centre- Eastside Road, Chesterfield

Scope of Works:

The 32 week project involved the construction of a new car aftercare service centre and associated valet bays and wash bays at Eastside Road in Chesterfield.

The project involved the construction of a new portal frame main building inclusive of new foundations, new services installations, steel frame work, new roof and wall cladding, the construction of new internal mezzanine to allow for the formation of customer and staff areas, the formation of new customer service/reception areas, flooring finishes, M+E installations, the formation of new car parking areas externally and associated landscaping. Before we could commence work on the building’s superstructure substantial ground stabilisation works were undertaken involving the installation of multiple vertical stone columns beneath the building’s foundations to stabilise/compact the ground.

Scope of Works:
Formation of a new car dealership with display showroom, administration offices and workshop /valeting facilities complete with external parking and vehicle display areas.

Project:
Pendragon - Mini Harrogate

Scope of Works:
Upgrade of current showroom to meet new specification. The works included demolitions, structural alterations,new glazed screens and new floor finishes. New offices and open plan areas, new structural steels and new external signage and cladding.

Scope of Works:
Form new reception crew room and toilets. External / Internal Decorations.
