Scope of Works:
Works involved the strip out of the existing unit back to shell and the fit out of the new gym to the client's specifications inclusive of new plant equipment, M+E, the formation of new rooms, new lighting, floorings, signage and decorations throughout.

The project involved the reconfiguration and installation of new building frontage and entrance area to provide a totally new look. Decorations and roof cleaning were also undertaken during the project.

The works involved substantial structural alterations to allow for the new layout, installation of new passenger lift, installation of new staircase, formation of new rooms including chanding, shower and toilets, M+E installations, new lighting, new floorings, signage and decorations.
